DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Your orders are carefully processed and typically delivered within 1-5 business days after placement. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you reside in remote areas of Pakistan, please expect a slightly longer delivery time.
For our valued customers choosing "Cash on Delivery," we usually require telephonic verification. However, during high-volume periods, such as sales and promotions, or for verified customers, Schuhe reserves the right to process "Cash On Delivery" orders without telephonic verification.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For our international customers, your order will be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on your destination. Please be aware that Schuhe cannot be held responsible for any refunds if you request order cancellation once the order is "in process."
Customers are responsible for any shipment and custom charges incurred if they refuse or accept the delivery.
During sale events, please note that the average delivery time may extend beyond the normal timeframe.

LAHORE SAME-DAY DELIVERY

As the owner of Schuhe, I am pleased to offer same-day delivery in Lahore through our main web banner, available from time to time. If you place your order by 12 pm during this offer, it will be delivered to you on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.
It's important to note that certain remote areas in Lahore are not covered by our same-day delivery service and will be delivered the next day or vice versa! Thank you for choosing Schuhe—where every step is a statement.
